Join Western Canada’s leading agave focused event and connect your brand with trade, media, and premium consumers.

The 2026 edition features Trade Tasting, VIP Tasting, and Grand Tasting followed by the Agave Celebration. Exhibitor participation is offered at a reduced industry support rate of $150 per table.

  • For 2026, we are refining the tasting environment to prioritize meaningful engagement. The Grand Tasting will feature controlled ambient sound designed to encourage real conversations between exhibitors and guests.

    Our mission is to build bridges within the agave community and create space for knowledge sharing around brands, producers, production methods, Denomination of Origin, and the culture behind these emblematic spirits.

    Education and dialogue remain at the core of the Festival.

  • Trade Tasting 4 pm to 5:30 pm
    Grand Tasting 7 pm to 9:30 pm
    Followed by the Agave Celebration 9:30 to 11 pm

    Vendors are invited to be part of the agave celebration alongside our guests.

    • Potential on site retail sales through Legacy Liquor Store, where permitted

    Product Requirements

    • Each table must showcase a minimum of two products
    • Exhibitors are expected to supply enough product for approximately 750 quarter ounce samples
    • A measured pour spout is required for each sample product to ensure responsible and consistent service

  • Engage directly with hospitality professionals, spirit buyers, media, and premium consumers aged 25 to 55.
    Position your brand within a $90+ million category in British Columbia with strong premium growth.

  • Please bring your samples to the Croatian Cultural Centre on Saturday, May 30, 2026. Set up begins at 12:00 PM. All vendors must be fully set up by 3:30 PM in preparation for the 4:00 PM Trade Tasting. Please ensure your booth and samples are ready to continue service for the 7:00 PM Grand Tasting.
