Tres Generaciones

The story of the three Dons and Tres Generaciones is the story of tequila itself. They left their mark on the world, and we honour their legacy with a refined, triple-distilled tequila worthy of carrying their family name. Our roots within our heritage run deep. That’s why our tequila is still produced at the same distillery where Don Cenobio began everything back in 1873— La Perseverancia. We fresh-press our agave, extracting the juice before it is cooked, resulting in reduced bitterness and a crisp, agave-forward flavor. We take it a step further with our Añejo, Plata, Reposado, and Cristalino by distilling for a third time, rather than the typical two distillation process.

Tequila Corralejo

Corralejo tequila is exclusively made with 100% Blue Weber agave, hand- harvested from our fields in the state of Guanajuato. Because the majority of agave we use is estate-grown, we are able to ensure the highest quality from the very beginning. We start by selecting only stable and healthy shoots, or hijuelos, that are already 2-3 years old. We then plant them in a specialty soil blend that prevents imperfections common in the field. Our agave takes 6-8 years to grow before becoming fully ripe for the harvest, or jima. At this point, our jimadors remove the leaves to leave just the piña, which is taken to the Hacienda to make into tequila.

Exhibitor Brands: Tequila Corralejo Blanco, Tequila Corralejo Reposado, Tequila Corralejo Añejo

400 Conejos

The story of 400 Conejos, Mexico’s #1 Mezcal, begins with a native Mesoamerican religious tradition that allowed only priests to establish a channel of communication with the gods. To achieve it, they practiced ritual drinking of beverages made from agave. Such drinks were exclusively for religious ceremonies and for the spiritual elite. The gods of the drinks were collectively called centzon-totchtin (400 rabbits) in Nahuatl. The number 400 was synonymous with “innumerable” and “uncountable”. It is believed that the spirit of the 400 rabbits carries on to this day in each bottle of this fine mezcal.

Jose Cuervo Reserva de la Familia Platino

Tradition in every bottle

For over 250 years, Jose Cuervo has been making tequila from the largest agave holdings in the world. The journey begins in the fields on the skirts of the Tequila Volcano. After seven years of maturation, the agave plants are harvested and their cores, or “piñas,” are sent to the La Rojeña distillery. There, they are roasted, grinded, and smashed. The resulting extract is placed into fermentation tanks. Finally, it is distilled and aged to perfection in toasted barrels.

Exhibitor Brands : Reserva de la Familia Platino

Maestro Dobel Diamante Cristalino

Dobel was created by and named after Juan Domingo Beckmann Legorreta (Dobel being an acronym formed by the first syllables of Domingo Beckmann Legorreta). Beckmann was the eleventh-generation leader of Jose Cuervo tequilas, in collaboration with master distillers ("Maestros") Marco Anguiano and Luis Yerenas. It was introduced in 2008.

Dobel is a blend of reposado, añejo and extra añejo tequilas, aged one, two and three years, respectively, in European white oak barrels, and then filtered to remove all color. The tequilas in the blend are distilled from 100% blue agave from a single estate in Jalisco, Mexico. Technically considered a reposado, it is the first ever multi-aged clear tequila.

The original bottle had a crystal cut glass design with a thick metallic base. The current bottle is modeled after a 19th-century laboratory bottle.

Exhibitor Brands: Maestro Dobel Diamante

Gran Coramino Añejo

The finest blue agaves are hand-selected from the Beckmann family fields at peak ripeness – the same fields that brought tequila to the U.S. more than 250 years ago. The agave piñas (hearts) are slow-roasted in traditional stone ovens and their juices are fermented and double-distilled in copper pot stills. The reposado tequila is rested in Eastern European oak barrels for several months, creating vanilla and butterscotch notes, then finished in Cabernet Sauvignon casks from Napa Valley to add floral and berry flavors. Lastly, it’s slow-filtered for smoothness, creating a crystal-clear Cristalino. As you pour Gran Coramino Cristalino, take in the aroma of cooked agave and the liquid’s crystal clear color. As you drink, let the flavors mingle on your palate, then enjoy the long, balanced, oak-laced finish.
