In our Tequila 101 you will sip and taste through 7 Agave variants discovering nuances and flavour profiles that will help you hone and sharpen your agave skills. James will guide you through the history of Tequila, production from ground to bottle all while sampling you through; Reserva De La Familia Platino, 1800 Reposado, Maestro Dobel Diamante, Gran Centenario Añejo, 1800 Cristalino, Reserva De La Familia Extra Anejo and 400 Conejos Espadin Mezcal.

James Bailey-Leon has had over a decade of experience working in some of Canada’s top bars and restaurants along with owning and operating 3 restaurants in Toronto. In his past 5 years as the National Tequila Ambassador with Proximo Spirits, James received certification as a Maestro Catador while in the agave fields in Tequila, Mexico.
